Jazz with a French Twist!

Jazz…………., France has a long history with this American Art
Form. From smoky Paris jazz clubs to the streets of New Orleans,
the music pulsates with its own individual sound. Duo Gadjo presents their interpretation of this music as a union of two cultures. Jeff is originally from Moraga and Isabelle is French. They have been performing professionally in France for the past 10 years and are now making their home in the Bay Area. Duo Gadjo performs tunes from the American Songbook sung in French and English and accompany themselves on guitars. These tunes coupled with some swinging Louisiana Zydeco featuring Jeff on Dobro slide guitar and Isabelle on washboard, create an entertaining musical presentation sure to have the audience singing along with their toes tappin’!
